Everything you need to know about paying and getting paid with Snash Pay.
How do I pay with a Snash Pay code?
Open the Payments page, enter your SNP code (or scan the QR you were sent), fill in your name and card details, and Stripe will process the payment securely.
Where do refunds come from?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method by Snashco. Contact support if you believe you're due one — most are processed within 48 hours.
I forgot my ID Code or password.
Email support with the email address on your account and we'll help you recover access. For security, we cannot share ID Codes over chat.
Is my payment information stored?
Snash Pay never sees your card details. All payments run through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
How do referral commissions work?
If you're a Snashco customer, sharing your referral URL earns you a percentage of every payment started from your link. Check your dashboard for the current rate.
